Customer Responsibility Contract

SHOWERS

Our main goal is to deliver exceptional customer service.  The following are responsibilities of the homeowner:

 

*Customer is to purchase all bathroom fixtures (i.e. faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs, shower heads, additional fixtures in the shower).  The items are to be at the home at the start of the project.  This is to ensure that the job moves along smoothly and there are no unexpected delays. 

 

*The cost of the shower doors is not included in our scope of work, it is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to have new shower doors measured and installed.  Shower doors are custom to each project and therefore cannot be measured until our tile work is complete.  We refer Shower Doors of Houston at 281.220.6886. The customer is able to contract any shower door company of their choosing.

 

*Katy Tile & Marble will hang plastic in the work area and put protection on the floors.   Due to the area being under construction customers are strongly advised to cover all furniture in the adjacent areas to protect from dust.  There will be dust that continues to settle after completion of job and customer is advised to change A/C filter immediately following project. 

 

* Katy Tile and Marble is not responsible for nicks in paint or tears in wallpaper.  We try our best to protect these areas but there are times during this installation this can not be avoided.  A charge for wall repairs will be added to the orders and deducted on the final invoice if wall repairs where not needed.
